“I create conversations that connect, challenge and stay with people. From high-profile interviews and live events to brand storytelling and thought-provoking content, my work sits at the intersection of media, culture, wellbeing and meaningful human connection.”
Deepa Parekh.
With nearly three decades of experience across media, sport, hospitality and live events, Deepa Parekh has built a career defined by connection, communication and creating impact.
From broadcasting and presenting to producing experiences and shaping partnerships, her work has always centred around people — how they connect, what moves them, and the stories that stay with them long after the moment has passed.
Her career journey has never been one-dimensional, and that is exactly what gives her perspective its depth. Deepa brings together media confidence, creative instinct, emotional intelligence and a genuine ability to engage audiences across different spaces and sectors.
Today, she is best known as a presenter, podcast host, producer and speaker whose work blends substance with style. Whether on stage, on screen or behind the scenes, she brings a thoughtful, grounded and premium approach to everything she does.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: the most powerful conversations do more than fill space — they shift something.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Deepa holds esteemed positions as a Legacy Executive Committee member for Soho House and as a Committee member of the Sports Committee with Pro Manchester, roles that underscore her leadership and commitment within influential networks.
Think Deepa is more than a podcast. Its a mirror for growth, self-awareness and transformation.
Hosted by Deepa Parekh, the podcast explores mindset, identity, resilience, growth and the defining experiences that shape who we become. Through intuitive interviewing and a distinctive format, Deepa creates the kind of atmosphere where guests can drop the script and speak from a more real place.
Featuring a mix of high-profile names, cultural voices and deeply personal stories, Think Deepa has welcomed guests including Usain Bolt, Jermain Defoe, Javeno McLean, Davinia Taylor, Nadine Merabi and Chantelle Thompson, with a number of conversations offering genuine podcast exclusives and firsts. These moments have gone on to generate wider press interest, reinforcing the podcast’s growing reputation as a platform for meaningful, headline-worthy conversations.
At its core, the podcast is not just about hearing someone else’s story. It is about what that story unlocks in the listener. Through every guest, every pause and every truth shared, Think Deepa invites people to reflect more deeply on their own lives, patterns, growth and potential.
Each episode is shaped by a signature format designed to encourage spontaneity, self-reflection and emotional honesty, giving the podcast its distinctive tone and helping guests open up in a way that feels natural rather than performative.
This is what gives Think Deepa its edge: it does not just inform or inspire. It creates awareness.
Following its official launch in Manchester, the Live Series takes the podcast beyond screens and headphones, inviting audiences into the room for a live recording centred on powerful conversation, shared reflection and real human connection.
Each event combines a live podcast recording with carefully curated moments of reflection, audience participation and unexpected perspective. You will hear the stories behind the public version of our guests, consider the questions alongside them and leave with more than something interesting to listen to — you will leave with something meaningful to take into your own life.
You do not need to have everything figured out to enter the room. You simply need to be open to pausing, reflecting and becoming more intentional about what comes next.
The next Think Deepa Live experiences will take place at Soho House Manchester, with a new guest and a different conversation at every event. Places are limited, allowing the experience to remain intimate, personal and genuinely connected.

Presenter, Producer and Speaker…
Known for her warm, polished and engaging presence, Deepa Parekh has a distinctive ability to put people at ease while holding the energy of a room with confidence and authority. She has presented across television and radio for respected platforms including BBC Greater Manchester Radio, BBC Radio Lancashire and Zee Television, building a strong reputation for her ability to lead conversations with credibility, warmth and ease.
Whether interviewing guests, leading a live broadcast, moderating a panel or speaking on stage, Deepa creates an atmosphere that feels both professional and deeply human — making space for conversations that are insightful, authentic and memorable. Comfortable across both live and recorded formats, she brings confidence, clarity and emotional intelligence to every setting, with a natural instinct for reading the room and connecting with an audience.
Alongside her work as a presenter and speaker, Deepa has also expanded into film production, further strengthening her creative and editorial perspective. Her producing work includes projects connected to talent such as Pixie Lott and Jeremy Piven, as well as experience working with Skydance Productions, giving her a valuable understanding of storytelling and production both in front of and behind the camera.
What sets Deepa apart is not simply what she has done, but how she makes people feel — seen, comfortable and genuinely engaged. That is what gives her work its depth, and what makes her such a compelling presence on stage, on screen and throughout the creative process.
Wellbeing has long been a central part of Deepa’s personal and professional world.
Her perspective is rooted in self-awareness, emotional resilience and the belief that true wellness is not about perfection, but about creating a life that feels more aligned, intentional and connected.
Through her work, Deepa champions a grounded and modern approach to personal growth — one that invites reflection, balance and a deeper relationship with self.
She is also the founder of My Elemental, a wellness-led brand created to bring moments of calm, ritual and intention into everyday life. Through products including her candle range, the brand reflects both her commitment to holistic living and her instinct for building brands that feel thoughtful, elevated and purposeful.
Across podcasting, speaking, wellbeing and community work, Deepa’s focus remains the same: to create experiences, conversations and tools that help people reconnect with themselves in a more meaningful way.
Philanthropist…
Giving back has always been an important part of Deepa’s values and the way she moves through the world.
Alongside her work in media, events and wellbeing, she is deeply committed to community-led impact and using her platform, energy and network to support others in meaningful ways.
One of the initiatives closest to her heart is the Diwali Basket Brigade, a national volunteer-led effort dedicated to supporting vulnerable households through food hampers and acts of care. Deepa is the Manchester Lead and founded the Manchester segment, helping to grow the initiative’s reach and impact within the city through community, collaboration and a shared commitment to service.
Rooted in generosity, dignity and unity, the Diwali Basket Brigade has gone on to make a significant difference across the communities it serves nationally across Birmingham, London, Leicester and Manchester with 19,170 hampers donated, 76,680 individuals fed, 230,040 meals provided to date, and the support of 800+ volunteers who have generously given their time.
For Deepa, philanthropy is not about visibility. It is about responsibility, compassion and showing up for people in a way that is real, practical and consistent.
Her community work reflects the values that sit at the centre of everything she does: connection, kindness, service and impact.
